 发动机的润滑油(也称机油)除了润滑之外,还有冷却、清洁、密封、防锈及减振等作用。保证机油的质量对发动机正常运行有着重要的作用,但随着使用时间的增长和机器故障的出现,机油中会因进人水、燃油、金属颗粒而丧失润滑性能,导致机油变质。

1、原因

 

 

 

机油从油盘里通过机油泵输送到主油道,再从分油道供给各部润滑,然后再回到油盘。热水是从水箱里通过水泵输送到气缸体水套里,经过气缸外围到气缸盖水套里,由缸盖出水管回到水箱。正常情况下油水不会混合,发生油水混合主要是下列原因造成的。

a、气缸盖、机体有气孔、砂眼或产生裂纹;

b、气缸垫片破损;

c、气缸套封水圈破损;

C, hydrosphere sealing damaged cylinder;

D, the cylinder head water cocks loose or damaged.

2、判断

 

 

 

a、观色法:清洁达标的机油呈灰蓝色、半透明状,机油中有了水则呈褐色。当发动机运转一段时间后,机油呈乳白色,并伴有泡沫。

b、燃烧法:把铜棒烧热后放人被检查的机油中,若有“僻啦”响声,说明机油中含有较多的水。也可将检查的机油注人试管中加热,当温度接近80~100 ℃时,试管中产生“僻啦”声,则证明机油中含有较多的水。

C, put water: after engine shutdown, to keep the engine still around 30 min, open the oil plug, if you have any water to put out, then oil contains more water.

机油混人柴油后浓度变稀薄,颜色及味道都有所改变。油底壳机油油位越来越高,机油压力会随着油底壳油位增高而变低。机油被燃油稀释后,黏度会明显下降,影响润滑油膜的形成;另外,柴油的凝固点高,导致润滑油倾点上升,低温下(在高于润滑油正常凝固温度时)凝固,发动机无法泵送机油,摩擦表面处于无油润滑的状态,这时发动机出现难启动,轻者造成发动机拉缸、烧瓦,重者发生抱轴事故。

1、原因

当燃油供给系统工作不良、燃油雾化性不好,会使燃油或大量的过浓燃油混合气窜人曲轴箱与机油混合,将机油稀释。另外,一些采用强制润滑的喷油泵或输油泵漏油,也会使机油被燃油稀释。

2、检查

润滑油中混人燃油的鉴别。机油混人大量燃油时,可根据气味、豁度是否降低、油面是否增高来判断;取机油数滴滴人机油检查器皿中,将其加热到标准温度,然后看它能否被点燃,会有一种明显的燃油的气味。

活塞环、气缸壁磨损过大,气缸壁的密封性变坏,在发动机工作时,过多的混合气、废气将窜人曲轴箱中,其中未燃烧的燃油溶人润滑油使其变稀。进人曲轴箱中的水混人润滑油后(水进人曲轴箱的途径:曲轴箱通风带人潮湿空气中的水蒸气及窜人曲轴箱中的废气中的水蒸气),在高速旋转的曲轴的搅拌下形成胶体,再吸附污物及碳粒(燃料在燃烧高温中会分解出碳粒),就形成油泥。如果车辆经常短途行驶,发动机没有被加热到足以清除进人曲轴箱中的水蒸气,则油泥便会增多。

2、排除

 

 

 

 

a、避免长期短距离行驶;

b、根据实际需要更换机油滤清器;

c、如发现润滑油使用时间不长就变稀,应做气缸压缩压力检查,更换磨损超限的零配件。
